Inspired from a young age by the film Free Willy, Devin has always had a love for the ocean and a desire to work in the marine science field. She first came to the sea lab as a summer student in 2018.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology at Auburn University in 2021, she accepted a full-time aquarist position with the Alabama Aquarium where she is the primary caretaker of the Bay Gallery with focused efforts in caring for, breeding, and raising Lined Seahorses (Hippocampus erectus).

In her free time, Devin enjoys reading, snorkeling, and caring for her axolotl, Luna.
